How do we receive our funds?

Direct donations made on the HandUp platform are automatically transferred to your organization's Stripe account and then to the corresponding bank account.

If you have received a matching grant, the funds that match direct donations will be sent via check. HandUp will send a check for any funds raised for the previous month - even if the goal has not been met yet. For example, on February 1st HandUp will send your organization a check for all funds raised through the campaign in the month of January.

Once the check is issued, it typically takes 5-7 business days to receive.
