Member Privacy

Members with privacy concerns can sign-up for HandUp using a pseudonym in place of their first name, and an alternate image in place of their photo.

Additionally, we encourage members to share as much or as little identifying information as they want in their bio. Members with privacy concerns should think about crafting a profile that does not share too much identifying information.

Members also have the option of creating an "Unlisted" or "Private" profile. For more info on these and other profile statuses, see the help article, Profile Statuses.
