HandUp provides access to data so you can have a record of information on all of your members as well as transaction records for accounting purposes.
This data is provided in three different work sheets that can be found in the "Data Export" category on the left hand side of your Admin Dashboard.
Here are the three different worksheets and how you can use them:
1. Member List
This is an up-to-date full summary of all your HandUp members including: username, goals, point balance, date last active, case manager and other various information on their account and activity.
2. Member Transaction Summary
This is a record of each transaction made for every member that includes all donations and redemptions. This report also includes all transactions made to and from your general fund. This data is updated on the last day of each month and will always include the last full month of data available.
3. Organization Transaction Summary
A record of monthly donations and redemptions for the entire organization per month. This is your total 'money in' and 'money out' for each month. Use this to match with your bank statements.
In "Data Export" you will see a download link for each of these sheets broken down by month, upon clicking the links it should automatically download a spreadsheet to your computer in Excel format. If you have issues downloading any of these sheets please send us an email at: support@handup.org
